Job Summary

Freshslice Pizza is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Team Members to join our dynamic restaurant team. As a key part of our staff, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, preparing delicious food, and maintaining a clean and protected environment. Responsibilities

- Prepare and assemble food items according to company standards, ensuring quality and presentation.
- Operate the POS system, including Micros POS, accurately processing orders and payments.
- Handle cash transactions with precision and maintain accurate cash handling procedures.
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and addressing inquiries professionally.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout the restaurant, including food handling areas and dining spaces.
- Assist with upselling menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales.
- Follow food safety guidelines and proper sanitation procedures at all times.
- Support team members during busy periods by performing various tasks as needed, including serving or kitchen assistance.




- Manage time effectively to ensure timely order preparation and service delivery.

Experience

- Previous food service experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided for all new team members.
- Familiarity with food preparation, cashiering, or restaurant operations is a plus.
- Experience with POS systems such as Micros POS is advantageous.
- Strong customer service skills with an emphasis on friendly communication and professionalism.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing are essential.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation practices is beneficial.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
