Are you friendly, reliable, and someone who enjoys variety in their work? BCMI Peace River is looking for a dependable, hardworking individual to join our team in a part-time hybrid role combining housekeeping and front desk duties.

Working at a small hotel means being part of a team where everyone helps create a welcoming, clean, and comfortable experience for our guests. We’re looking for someone with a positive attitude who takes pride in their work and is willing to jump in wherever help is needed.

Responsibilities include...

Housekeeping

- Clean and prepare guest rooms for arrivals.
- Make beds, change linens, and replenish towels and guest supplies.
- Maintain the cleanliness of hallways and common areas.
- Report maintenance concerns and ensure rooms meet cleanliness standards.

Front Desk

- Welcome guests and provide friendly customer service.
- Assist with guest check-ins, check-outs, and reservations.
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries.
- Process payments and assist with basic administrative tasks.
- Help ensure guests have a positive stay.

- A willingness to learn and take on different responsibilities.
- Versatile availability, including some weekends.
- Previous housekeeping, hotel, or customer service experience is an asset but not required for the right candidate.
