The incumbent’s work environment is typically in a supportive housing facility which operates 24 hours per day Isolation The incumbent may have little to no travel required. The incumbent carries a pager/walkie talkie and will work shifts.

The job incumbent may be exposed to the risk of minor to moderate injury or illness due to: The performance of the job requires continuously monitoring the workplace, frequently interacting with tenants, attentive listening, and moderate attention when recording information. Completion of a 2-year Community College program will be a strong asset Criminal Record Check CPR, First Aid, and Non-Violent Crisis Training an asset Computer ability. The incumbent must have up to one year of prior related experience, including experience with frontline work in a social service setting.
