About the Role:

We are looking for friendly, hard-working, and dependable Front-of-House staff to join our team at The Crazy Canuck in Waterloo. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love delivering great customer service, we’d love to meet you!

Responsibilities:

- Greet guests with a welcoming attitude
- Take customer orders accurately (in-person and phone/online orders)
- Process payments and manage cash register/POS system
- Serve food and drinks efficiently
- Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked front-of-house area
- Assist team members to ensure smooth daily operations

Qualifications:

- Previous customer service or restaurant experience is a plus, but not required (we will train the right candidate)
- Robust communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, punctual, and enthusiastic
- Availability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends

Pay: Up to $17.95 per hour Expected hours: 20.0 per week
