This full-time role focuses on tasks including bookkeeping, tax engagements, and financial reporting. You will collaborate with a skilled team, providing tailored financial insights while adhering to best practices in accounting. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with compilation, review, and audits for various engagements
- Prepare government remittances and manage accounts payable/receivable
- Set up client files and assist with budget completion
- Perform month-end and quarter-end closing processes
- Reconcile GL accounts and identify discrepancies Requirements:
- Accounting certificate or business administration degree
- 0-2 years of relevant accounting experience
- Familiarity with preparing T4s and T5s preferred
- Knowledge of accounting principles and software
