Brandt Development Ltd is currently seeking a Carpenter for our Reginalocation. The Carpenter will assist with the installation of structural steel and miscellaneous metals, safely work at heights using aerial platforms and ladders, and support material handling with cranes and other equipment. This role requires the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced construction environment while maintaining high safety standards.

Perform physically demanding tasks in a safe and effective manner, demonstrating stamina and strength required for construction work.

Assist with the precise installation of structural steel components and miscellaneous metals, ensuring alignment and quality standards are met. Rig, hoist, and move heavy materials with the support of mobile cranes, forklifts,



and other construction equipment to facilitate workflow on site. Collaborate effectively within a team environment while also demonstrating the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Maintain a strong focus on safety and productivity in a high-paced, dynamic construction environment, adhering to all site and company safety protocols. Minimum 3 years’ experience working in a construction environment. Safety training in fall protection and aerial platform preferred.

Ability to work shift work. Flexibility to adjust to shifting priorities and deadlines.

High School

Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
