Responsible for cleaning diverse spaces including hard floors and carpets, this role includes a wide range of essential cleaning tasks. GDI Services is seeking a dedicated janitor for full-time cleaning responsibilities. You will sweep, mop, and wash floors, as well as maintain bathrooms and common areas.

Attention to detail is crucial: cleaning tasks include stripping and waxing floors, window washing, and monitoring for facility issues. Flexibility to travel between two buildings is required. Key Responsibilities:

- Sweep and mop floors, stairs, and other surfaces
- Maintain cleanliness in bathrooms and restock supplies
- Wash windows and glass surfaces as needed
- Collect and dispose of trash in designated areas
- Assist supervisors with cleaning projects and maintenance tasks

Requirements:

- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Experience with cleaning tools and equipment
- Own transportation is a must
- Team-oriented with attention to detail
- Able to lift up to 50lbs
