Title: Customer Service and Sales Support Advisor Work Mode: Full time, 100% on-site Highly competitive base salary between $50,000 and $60,000, based on your level of experience. ~ Attractive bonus program of up to the equivalent of one month's salary. ~ Stable daytime schedule from Monday to Friday, including an early finish at 4:00 PM on Fridays. ~Professionally respond to calls and emails from commercial clients across Canada. Enter orders into the computer system with meticulous attention to detail. Provide essential administrative and logistical support to outside sales representatives.

Manage merchandise returns and properly apply credits to customer accounts. Possess between 2 and 5 years of experience in a customer service, call center, or sales support role. Excellent proficiency with computer tools to ensure fast and efficient data entry.
