Permanent Dartmouth, Nova Scotia $20–$24/hr Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent We’re working with a growing local manufacturing company that produces specialized components for highly regulated industries. They’re looking to add a Shipper/Receiver to their team. This is a great opportunity for someone with some warehouse, shipping/receiving, or inventory experience who is looking to build their skills in a structured manufacturing environment.

Prepare, package, and stage outgoing shipments Check part numbers, quantities, and shipping details for accuracy Prepare packing slips and other shipping documents Receive incoming materials and compare them against purchase orders and packing slips Check materials for damage, discrepancies,



or missing documentation Label and organize materials and move them to the appropriate area Enter shipping and receiving information into the inventory system Help maintain accurate inventory and material traceability Assist with cycle counts and resolving inventory discrepancies Keep the shipping and receiving area clean, organized, and protected Work closely with inventory, purchasing, production, and quality teams High school diploma or equivalent Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, or inventory experience is an asset Manufacturing experience is an asset but not required Comfortable using computers and Microsoft Office Able to read and verify basic shipping and receiving documents Comfortable working with inventory and learning an ERP/inventory system Able to safely operate a pallet jack and other material‑handling equipment Opportunity to gain experience in a specialized manufacturing setting Opportunity to develop your shipping, receiving, and inventory skills If you’re dependable, organized, and looking for an opportunity to get your foot in the door with a growing manufacturing company, we’d like to hear from you.
