The Warehouse

Attendant is responsible for a range of tasks in the warehouse using a variety of instruments and rolling stock while ensuring compliance with established standards and health and safety norms. Receive returns, confirm quantities, verify product condition and complete required documentation. Verify accuracy of processed orders and report concerns to manager as appropriate.

Load pallets, wrap and load into trucks.



Create shipping labels and other documentation for shipments, as well as shipping notices and declarations; maintain up-to-date information in the warehouse management system. Participate in cyclical and annual inventories.

Basic knowledge of computer software;

experience with a warehouse management system ("WMS") is an asset. Must be available to work overtime when required. Forklift license is considered an asset.

Experience operating a VNA forklift is a major asset. Qualified to handle and prepare hazardous material shipments is considered an asset. Customer service oriented. High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum 1 year experience as a shipping/receiving clerk in a warehouse setting. must speak, read and write in English and French. English skills are required due to interactions with internal & external customers. #
