Coastal Culture is looking for a hardworking, detail-oriented Production Assistant to join our Production team! Our Production Assistant will support the day-to-day operations of the screen-printing and embroidery department to ensure garment orders are completed accurately and on schedule, while fostering our core values of Passion, Teamwork, Integrity, and Excellence.

Day-to-day responsibilities include:

- Preparing garments for embroidery and screen-printing by cutting and pressing materials.
- Picking and organizing purchase orders and preparing finished garments for delivery.
- Keeping the work area clean and organized.
- Taking initiative, asking questions, and collaborating with teammates to ensure all tasks are completed as scheduled.

On your application, we’ll be looking for the following qualifications:

- Basic math and spelling skills.
- Valuable communication skills.
- Able to lift up to 25 lbs.
- Comfortable performing repetitive tasks and performing duties in a combination of positions including sitting, standing, and walking.
- Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
