The General

Foreman will primarily focus on the Kearl project, directing large-scale overburden operations, mine progression, and civil construction activities. This role requires strong leadership to ensure protected and efficient production while coordinating heavy equipment and manpower. Success in this position necessitates collaboration with site stakeholders within a dynamic mining setting. Key Responsibilities:

- Provide leadership to Foremen and field crews
- Organize daily site activities and resources
- Monitor equipment utilization and project progress
- Communicate daily tasks and priorities to crews
- Promote a safe and respectful work environment Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years in heavy civil earthworks or mining
- Experience with large-scale operations and equipment
- Valid Class 5 Driver’s Licence
- CSTS/OSSA, BSO, or CSO certification
