Howitt Construction is a busy earthmoving company based out of Red Deer. We’re looking for a locallabourer/skid steer operator for a construction project 10 min west of Innisfail. Start date is asap.

Candidates should be able to perform all the skills in the Scope of Work, and work in a safe manner following all policies and procedures.

Requirements

- Picking rocks/roots,
- Install rip rap,
- Using small sledge hammer to install silt fence, ​
- Shoveling & raking,
- Using an auger attachment and blading gravel with a skid steer.

PPE Requirements
- Steel toed boots,
- High visibility safety vest,
- Safety glasses,
- Hard hat & gloves.

Work Details
- 7 days a week, 7am to 6pm - 11 hr shifts,
- Long weekends off (4 days),
- Provide own transportation to and from work site.

Job Types: Full time, Seasonal Pay: From $24.00 per hour
