Role Reporting to the President and Chief Executive Officer, the Account Manager is responsible for the company's sales and business development.

The Account

Manager will develop and maintain relationships of trust with key decision-makers at client organizations, stay informed of organizational changes within those organizations, and identify business development opportunities in the market within the assigned territory. Develop business with partners. Develop a business development strategy.

Meet with clients at their workplace, remotely, or at external locations. Deliver virtual presentations using Teams or other platforms. Provide timely and accurate reports on business opportunities and client activities.

Keep management informed of activities and trends, including changes involving clients or prospects, technical developments, market dynamics, and competitive strategies. Develop and maintain leadership roles in the market. Prepare quotations and enter them into the CRM.





Enter client information into the CRM. Participate in local and/or national trade shows. Travel as required to meet client needs. More than 5 years of experience in a related field. Ability to quickly develop strategies and tactical plans to strengthen the company's market position.

Ability to identify business opportunities and work closely with company management to develop and implement strategies that capitalize on those opportunities. Ability to manage time and priorities. Understanding of and ability to interact with the public sector, including municipalities, ministries, transportation agencies, etc.

Excellent written and oral communication skills in English. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications. Laptop computer. Android smartphone.
