LANDSCAPE CONSTRUCTION MANAGER

POSITION OVERVIEW:

The Landscape Construction Manager is a results-driven appointment, crucial for the successful execution of our landscape projects and related logistical and operational tasks. This position plays a key role in our turnkey design-through-build process, focusing on quality, workflow efficiency, site safety, and productivity. It is also instrumental in maintaining and enhancing the company’s reputation for landscape creativity and excellence.

ESSENTIAL TALENTS + QUALIFICATIONS

- Minimum 4 years of supervisory or managerial experience in landscape design-build projects.
- Comprehensive knowledge of hardscape and softscape materials, including expertise in their installation procedures.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal capabilities for fostering and enhancing relationships with clients and trade experts.
- Proven track record in managing and facilitating the growth of divisional operations and achieving budgetary objectives.
- Manage production schedules, uphold quality build standards and processes,



while demonstrating proficient project troubleshooting capabilities.
- Enthusiastic and conscientious goal-oriented team player with attention to detail
- Valid class 5 driver’s license and ability to safely operate compact construction equipment and machinery.

PREFERRED PROFESSIONAL ACCOMPLISHMENTS:

- DEC or DEP or equivalent certificate in landscaping and horticulture.
- First-aid/safety certified.

SALARY RANGE

Starting at $ 31.50 - $ 37.75/hr. depending upon experience + skillset.
