Zohorecruit is seeking a motivated Technical Support Specialist to join our Burnaby team.

You will provide telephone and online support to Canadian and US customers, diagnose GPS tracking hardware and software issues, document activity in the ticketing system, and escalate complex problems to Tier 2. Visa sponsorship may be available after probation. We offer competitive compensation, long-term career growth and a friendly work environment.
