We help filmmakers and creators turn ideas into finished work while maintaining consistent characters, environments and visual style across AI-generated shots.We're a small founding team, part of the DMZ, building a self-serve platform that gives creators more control over generative filmmaking.## The roleWe're looking for a Growth Marketing Lead to grow Loraverse's paying customer base and recurring revenue.You'll identify the right audiences, develop compelling campaigns and build repeatable ways to help creators discover Loraverse, get value from it and become lasting customers.You'll work directly with the founders across product and creative, with original content and product expertise available to support your work. You'll have room to propose experiments, manage an agreed budget and help decide where we invest.## What you'll do* Grow paying customers and revenue. Test paid acquisition, email, content distribution, referrals and partnerships.

Build lifecycle campaigns that help creators reach their first meaningful result and give them reasons to return.

Turn creative content into demand. Adapt product demos, founder content and customer work into effective campaigns. Write robust copy, develop creative briefs and distribute content to relevant audiences.

Find and manage collaborations with creators, educators and relevant communities. Set clear objectives and evaluate the customers and engagement each partnership brings.

Build campaigns and follow-up journeys around workshops, educational content and online learning. Track paid conversion, customer acquisition cost,



retention and acquisition payback. What success looks like Paying customers and recurring revenue grow against agreed targets.

Customers return and continue finding value in the product.

You'll help establish the baseline and agree priorities with the founders. Activation and retention will be shared responsibilities across growth, product and creative.## Who you are* You have 3+ years of relevant experience in growth or marketing for a self-serve software product, subscription business or creator platform.

You're comfortable developing a strategy and executing campaigns yourself, including paid acquisition and email marketing.

You write clear, compelling copy and can turn rough source material into finished marketing.

You have hands-on experience with marketing automation, analytics, funnel measurement and structured experimentation.

You're comfortable talking to customers and using their feedback to improve positioning and campaigns.

Nice to have Experience with creative software, AI tools, filmmaking or post-production.

Experience promoting educational programmes or building creator communities.

Experience producing ad creative or short-form video.
