Afternoon shift – 2:00PM – 10:30PM What we have to offer $25.50 /hour to start - $26.50 /hour after probation (3 months) Shift premium of $1.00 /hour Annual Increases based on Collective Bargaining Agreement
$1000 referral bonus for each successful referral

Pension plan after probation (3 months) Main Duties: Retrieve hams from dumper
De-rind each ham by placing Hams on top of the skinner
Whiz off ham fat on moving line to specification
Place fat pieces into chute Requirements: Valuable communication skills, both written and spoken English skills
Ability to follow and execute instructions given by managers/supervisors
Attention to detail
Must have experience in using knives; or ability to master knife skills
Must display a positive and proactive attitude
Knowledge of food hygiene, health and safety and processes and reporting
Knowledge of Health and Safety and Compliance procedures #GOR
