Afternoon shift – 2:00PM – 10:30PM What we have to offer $25.71 /hour to start - $26.71 /hour after probation (3 months) Shift premium of $1.00 /hour Annual Increases based on Collective Bargaining Agreement

Trimming - Open muscles to expose Star fat for removal and trim off Popliteal glands

Ability to lift up to 15kgs Requirements: Good communication skills, both written and spoken English skills

Attention to detail

Ability to prioritize and multi-task Must have experience in using knives Should display a positive and proactive attitude Ability to follow and execute instructions given by mangers/supervisors

Ability to organize and prioritize tasks in a rapidly changing environment

Knowledge of food hygiene processes and reporting

Knowledge of Health and Safety and Compliance procedures #GOR
