The Director will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the golf experience, including course maintenance, pro shop operations, club events, membership services, and staff management. Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance the golfing experience and increase revenue streams.

Manage the pro shop, including inventory, merchandising, and sales activities.

Supervise and train golf professionals, course marshals, starter staff, and caddies.

Manage tournament operations,

Manage budgets, financial performance, and cost control measures for all golf operations.

A Bachelor's degree in Golf Management, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.

Minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in golf operations management, with a strong understanding of club dynamics.

Proven experience in P&L; management, budgeting, and financial forecasting.

Excellent knowledge of golf course operations, turf management principles, and rules of golf.

Demonstrated leadership and team management skills.

Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal skills.

Experience in marketing, sales, and event management within the golf industry.
