AI assistants like ChatGPT and Claude have become a source of new customers, and as part of the Superhuman Suite we can now reach millions of Grammarly and Go users. We're looking for a Head of Growth Product, Mail to turn that into compounding growth: owning how we engage with customers across every surface. This is a senior, highly cross-functional role.

You'll lead a team of growth PMs and own multiple funnels: web, desktop, mobile, agent, our MCP connectors, and more. You'll report to the Head of Marketing & Growth, working alongside the teams driving awareness through expansion, with shared accountability for revenue. You have 10+ years in product management, including 3+ years leading growth at a product-led (PLG) company.

You have hands-on experience with self-serve monetization levers like pricing, packaging, trials, and offers. You have strong analytical fluency and are comfortable going deep in data, designing experiments, and building growth models. You have a proven track record of moving quickly from insight to shipped product,



and of making good calls with imperfect data.

Bonus: experience at an AI-native company, or driving growth on mobile or through third-party platforms and integrations. You model fluency, curiosity, and visible use of AI to raise the bar for speed, quality, and customer impact.
