Salary range 006: $ 98 400$ to $123 000 (Base salary will be determined based on academic background, experience, training, and job-related skills).More specifically, the Strategic Project Manager, Logistics will have the following main responsibilities:

Provides expertise on technical aspects, the impact of projects on the cooperative's strategic vision, human resources, and finances.

Coordinates the work carried out by a multidisciplinary team associated with project implementation.





Leads various work-related workshops designed to uncover new opportunities for improvement, and track indicators and the implementation of action plans.

Bachelor's degree or college diploma in engineering, operations management, or other relevant field.

7-10 years of project management experience in the food industry, including team management experience.

Experience in logistics projects, continuous improvement, and implementing change management strategies.

Training in continuous improvement and problem-solving techniques.
