We are hiring for an individual to join our Housing Services, HART Transitional Housing team as a Wellness Worker. The Homelessness and Addiction Recovery Treatment (HART) Hub is a newly funded program aimed at addressing critical health and social needs in our community. The HART Hub will support individuals experiencing homelessness and addiction, offering services that include addiction treatment, housing support and collaborate care.

This role will provide tailored supports that assist participants in working towards individualized goals related to health and housing. This is a permanent, casual (relief) position. Shifts scheduled as needed and as available.

Must be available to work three (3) shifts minimum per month.
