As Felix’s Recruiter, you will manage high-volume, full-cycle recruitment for Pharmacists, Pharmacy Technicians, Pharmacy Assistants, and practitioner contractors. You will support Felix Pharmacy East in Ontario and Felix Pharmacy West in BC while partnering with pharmacy and clinical leaders.
The work combines regulated hiring, candidate coordination, agreements, and accurate workforce data.
