Securicare is seeking Healthcare Security Officer to support our healthcare security operations in Whistler within the Vancouver Coastal Health (VCH) portfolio. Open to relocating to Whistler? Eligible employees can receive the following bonuses: After successfully completing the 90-day probationary period eligible employees will receive a $500 signing bonus, plus an additional $500 after 6 months of continuous employment. Bonuses are paid to employees who are actively employed at the time of payout.

Valid BC Security Worker Licence.

Valid Advanced Security

Training (AST) certification is an asset. Previous security experience;

experience in healthcare, hospital, or other high-risk environments is considered an asset. Confidence using de-escalation and conflict-resolution techniques in challenging situations. Basic computer skills and comfort working with electronic reporting and security systems.

Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with healthcare and security teams. Availability to work a variety of shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays. Post-secondary education in Police Foundations, Criminal Justice,



Community Justice Services, Law Enforcement, or a related field is considered an asset.
