Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Heavy Duty Mechanic with experience on telehandlers, man lifts, excavators and dozers to join our maintenance team. Apprentice mechanic applications will not be reviewed. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of heavy machinery and semi trucks both at our home location and on the road as a call out basis to customer sites. We're looking for someone with experience in the field and is able to work collaboratively and independently. This person will have exceptional mechanical knowledge, troubleshooting and electrical experience.

Responsibilities

- Perform routine inspections, troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance on heavy-duty equipment and trucks
- Utilize schematics, technical manuals, and diagnostic tools to identify issues accurately and efficiently.
- Document all maintenance activities accurately using company programs

Experience

- Experience working on lift equipment (AWP's)



and material handling equipment, dozers and excavator
- Proven experience as a Heavy Duty Mechanic or in heavy equipment
- Robust mechanical knowledge combined with electrical experience
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex machinery issues using analysis skills and technical expertise.
- Excellent communication skills in English for effective teamwork and customer service interactions.
- Knowledge of safety protocols related to industrial maintenance operations is essential.

Pay: $30.00-$55.00 per hour Expected hours: No less than 40.0 per week
