Solid Ground Earthworks Ltd. in the Lower Mainland is seeking a Heavy Equipment Operator to join our civil development team. You will operate excavators on site, perform backfilling, slope grading, trenching, and bulk excavation, and assist with additional machines as needed.

A proactive, safety‑minded approach and strong communication are essential. The ideal candidate has 2+ years in heavy equipment operation, can read drawings, holds a valid driver's license, and thrives in a quick-paced site
