The Highway

Dispatcher is responsible for building and maintaining robust business relationships with multiple drivers to seamlessly coordinate them to successfully service customer loads. Work with Maintenance to schedule inspections and PMs with minimal impact on operations.

Service

Execution & Customer Communication Dispatch drivers with complete load information, customer requirements, permits, and instructions. Monitor delivery schedules and communicate potential service failures to Customer Service, After Hours, and Operations Manager. Support drivers with directions, trip planning,



and operational inquiries.

Document driver performance in TMW; Collaborate with After Hours Operations Team Lead and Weekend Dispatcher for any coverage coordination. Proven team player with ability to align position goals with corporate strategic goals Prove strength in communication and relation building Minimum of 2 years of experience in a dispatch or planning role will be an asset.
