Conduct scheduled highway patrols and inspections in accordance with performance specifications and response requirements Monitor, assess, and report highway conditions, roadway hazards, and infrastructure deficiencies Identify, document, and track defects using electronic field applications, tablets, and reporting systems Respond promptly to incidents, emergency situations, and hazardous conditions that may impact the travelling public Complete required inspections of highway assets, including signage, roadway surfaces, lighting, guardrail systems, and other infrastructure Perform minor maintenance activities during patrols, including debris and litter removal, sign straightening and minor repairs, hazard mitigation and cleanup Communicate maintenance priorities and defect information to supervisors and operations teams Assist maintenance crews with general highway maintenance duties Promote and maintain Ledcor's commitment to health, safety, and environmental stewardship Valid Class 5 Driver's License with a clean driving record. Strong understanding of highway infrastructure, including roadway surfaces, signage, guardrail systems, and related assets.

Experience using tablets, mobile devices, and electronic field-based reporting applications. Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in the field. Ability to work outdoors in varying weather and road conditions.

Work is performed primarily outdoors in varying weather conditions throughout the year. Patrollers work assigned shifts based on operational requirements. Evening, night shift, weekend, and emergency response work may be required during weather events, emergencies,



or changing operational demands.
