Floor Stripping & Waxing | Carpet Cleaning | Detail Cleaning

We are looking for a reliable, hardworking, and experienced Commercial Cleaning Specialist to join our growing cleaning team. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in floor stripping and waxing, commercial carpet cleaning, and detailed cleaning services. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, pays attention to detail, and can deliver high-quality cleaning results at commercial properties.

Key Responsibilities

1. Floor Stripping and Waxing

Perform floor stripping, scrubbing, sealing, and waxing. Operate floor machines, auto scrubbers, and high-speed burnishers.

Apply floor finish properly to achieve a smooth, professional appearance.

Maintain and care for floor-cleaning equipment.

1. Carpet Cleaning

Perform commercial carpet cleaning using appropriate equipment. Operate carpet extractors and other carpet-cleaning machines.

Remove stains, spots, and dirt from carpets.

Ensure carpets are cleaned to a high professional standard.

1. Detail Cleaning

Perform deep cleaning in commercial buildings, offices, and other facilities. Clean washrooms, kitchens, common areas, and other designated spaces.

Clean baseboards, corners, edges, and other hard-to-reach areas.





Complete post-construction and special cleaning projects when required.

Follow cleaning procedures and maintain high-quality standards.

Qualifications and Requirements

Previous experience in commercial cleaning is required.

Hands-on experience with floor stripping and waxing is strongly preferred.

Experience with commercial carpet cleaning equipment is an asset.

Knowledge of commercial cleaning chemicals and their proper use.

Ability to operate floor machines, auto scrubbers, and carpet extractors.

Physically fit and able to perform manual cleaning tasks.

Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Valid driver's licence and reliable transportation are preferred.

Flexibility to work evenings, nights, and weekends when required.
