Position: Home Care Nurse (RPN) Employment Type: Full Time Location: West End Communities - Batchewana First Nation, Garden River First Nation, Thessalon First Nation Maamwesying North Shore Community Health Services provides primary health care, traditional healing, mental wellness and addictions, home and community support services, and health promotion services to community members across the seven First Nations of the Mamaweswen North Shore Tribal Council. We are currently seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Home Care Nurse (RPN) to join our Home and Community Support Services team to provide in-home nursing services to Batchewana First Nation, Garden River First Nation and Thessalon First Nation. The primary objective of this role is to provide comprehensive nursing care in the community setting that assists clients in achieving optimum health and quality of life, while supporting them to remain safely and independently in their homes for as long as possible.
