Order fulfillment starts with accurate picking, careful packing, and customer-focused service at The Home Depot. This role offers a versatile schedule, including overnight shifts. As an Order Picker associate, you will support the Service Desk team by gathering merchandise, preparing orders, and handling basic transactions.

You will use the Order Fulfillment Application, read COM orders or system notes, and communicate with customers by phone. The work supports timely order movement from store shelves to delivery vehicles or curbside pickup.

Key Responsibilities: Obtain and prioritize detailed pick lists for customer orders Gather merchandise using the Order Fulfillment Application Pack, label, and stage orders safely for delivery Load delivery vehicles and fulfill curbside customer orders Follow Home Depot safety and loss prevention procedures Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent One to two years of retail or distribution experience preferred Effective communication and customer-focused service skills Attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to lift, move, and climb ladders Use order picking, customer service, and careful merchandise handling skills to support fulfillment at The Home Depot.
