Aide supports the Seven Oaks Team within WRHA Community Health Services. The position requires a recognized Health Care Aide course and secure, respectful care for individuals. You will communicate with clients, families, and coworkers while organizing assigned workload and responding to simultaneous demands.

Key Responsibilities: Provide safe, effective personal care respectfully Support comfort, privacy, and individual needs Communicate with clients, families, and coworkers Organize and prioritize assigned workload Travel between clients’ homes as required Requirements: Recognized Health Care Aide course completion Manitoba Class 5 driver’s license for community settings Reliable vehicle and willingness to travel year-round Basic computer skills using Word and Outlook Ability to work shifts and weekends Apply personal care, communication, and critical thinking skills as a Winnipeg Home Care Health Care Aide.
