Maintain clean, safe, welcoming senior living spaces with Optima Living through careful housekeeping, sanitation, and resident-focused service. Reporting to a Housekeeping, Hospitality, or Support Services Manager, the Housekeeper maintains bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and common spaces. This position requires cleaning knowledge, safe equipment operation, accurate records, and respectful communication.

Duties support person-centered care, resident dignity, and personal independence within established procedures, standards, and regulations.

Key Responsibilities: Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and polish surfaces Clean and sanitize bathrooms, floors, bedrooms,



and common spaces Make beds and change linens according to procedures Handle cleaning agents and equipment safely Report unsafe conditions, incidents, and maintenance issues Requirements: Knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and materials Skilled communication with residents, visitors, and team members Ability to organize, prioritize, and solve problems Ability to work independently and cooperatively Flexibility to work a variety of shifts Bring housekeeping expertise, sanitation awareness, and respectful communication to Optima Living’s resident-centered senior care communities.
