You will supervise dining and housekeeping teams while leading direct sales and providing quality customer service. This role includes hiring, training, and performance management while actively participating in dining atmospheres. Key Responsibilities:

- Hire and train dining and housekeeping staff
- Lead sales initiatives as Manager on Duty weekly
- Manage budget and schedule according to resident needs
- Coordinate menu reviews and room service operations
- Ensure compliance with cleanliness and safety standards Requirements:
