Hours of Work: Full time day hours Monday-Friday, 7:30am – 4:00pm with one half hour lunch break and two 15-minute breaks. Drywall repairs, taping, mud, and sanding to prepare for paint. Paint surfaces adhering to Southwest’s standards. kitchen and bathroom cupboards [inside and out], bathroom walls, silicone tubs, and closets.

Ensure a regular inventory list is kept up-to-date,



and supplies needed are adequately communicated to the office. Occasionally order paint. Professionally liaise with contractors and sub-trades. Assist the Maintenance Department when required. ___________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ You will utilize numerous tools on a daily basis including paint brushes, rollers, tools for patching and repairing walls, hammers, drills, screwdrivers, and ladders.

You will be provided with Personal Protective Equipment. ___________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ What Will Help You Succeed Our ideal candidate has 3-4 years experience in a similar role plus a painting course/certificate, Ability to perform assigned duties with minimal supervision. Solid eye for quality and detail. Exceptional customer service.

Ability to interact effectively with all employees, tenants, and the general public.
