Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Hotel Room Attendant to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and comfort of guest rooms, ensuring a positive experience for all visitors. This role requires attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to providing exceptional service. Prior hotel experience and custodial skills are highly valued, though training will be provided for the right candidate.

The Hotel Room

Attendant plays a vital role in upholding the cleanliness standards of our establishment and contributing to guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

- Clean and service guest rooms according to hotel standards, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing supplies
- Ensure all areas of the room are sanitized and maintained to promote guest comfort and safety
- Report any maintenance issues or damages observed during cleaning to management
- Restock amenities such as towels, toiletries, and linens as needed




- Follow safety procedures and use cleaning chemicals responsibly
- Maintain a tidy work area and ensure cleaning equipment is properly stored after use
- Assist with additional duties such as laundry or public area cleaning when required

Skills

- Proven experience in cleaning, custodial work, or hospitality environments preferred
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on cleanliness and organization
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
- Good communication skills and a friendly attitude toward guests and staff
- Knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques is a plus
- Ability to handle physical tasks including standing for extended periods, bending, lifting, and moving supplies or linens
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities within the hotel environment

Pay: $17.95 per hour Expected hours: 32.0 – 40.0 per week
