Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper/Cleaner to join our team. This role involves maintaining the cleanliness and organization of residential spaces, ensuring a comfortable and welcoming environment for clients. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be reliable, and have a passion for providing exceptional customer service. Fluency in English is required; proficiency in French is a plus.

Duties

- Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas using appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment
- Manage laundry tasks such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing clothing and linens
- Prepare and cook simple meals or assist with meal preparation as needed
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization throughout the property
- Organize and restock cleaning supplies and household items efficiently




- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs promptly and professionally
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their preferences and ensure satisfaction
- Manage time effectively to complete assigned tasks within scheduled appointments
- Assist with light organizational tasks to improve overall home functionality

Requirements

- Fluency in punjabi
- Proven experience in residential cleaning or housekeeping preferred
- Strong organizational skills with excellent time management abilities
- Ability to perform cleaning duties efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
- Basic cooking skills for meal preparation or assistance
- Experience with laundry processes and household chores
- Excellent communication skills to interact professionally with clients
- Reliable transportation and ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Customer service orientation with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Ability to work flexible schedule as needed, including weekends or holidays if required

Pay: From $18.25 per hour Expected hours: 32.0 per week
