ABOUT THE ROLE
Cedarcroft Place Retirement Residence is seeking a part-time Housekeeping Aide to join our team.
In this role, you will perform cleaning duties and routines to maintain a pleasant and safe workplace for residents and employees.
Responsibilities
- Perform housekeeping duties and cleaning routines to help maintain a pleasant and safe living and working environment.
Qualifications:
- Willing to learn new skills through training at work.
- Able to stay on task and work independently.
- Able to work well with others.
- Housekeeping experience is an asset, preferably at least one year.
- Experience in a healthcare setting is helpful but not required.
- Pays attention to detail and keeps spaces clean according to standards.
- Dependable and able to finish tasks on time.
- Friendly and respectful toward residents.
- Respects residents’ privacy and personal belongings.
- Able to follow cleaning instructions and safety procedure.
