We work on projects throughout Saskatchewan and Alberta and are looking for someone who can take ownership of our field operations, manage people effectively and keep multiple projects moving forward to completion.

This is a hands-on construction management position — not a desk-only operations role. Previous experience directly managing construction crews is required. Bricklaying or substantial masonry experience is a major asset.

What is much harder to teach is construction experience, leadership, organization, accountability and the ability to manage crews effectively. Market-competitive salary based on experience. $Compensation within the range will depend on construction management experience, trade background and the candidate's ability to independently manage field operations.
