We're hiring an Operations Manager to own the day-to-day operations that help our team do its best work. Starting with our Toronto office and supporting our overall operation, you'll work closely with our operations leadership to keep our spaces, equipment and employee logistics running smoothly.

You'll be as comfortable getting a recent hire's laptop ready as improving how we manage devices across the company. Own the day-to-day running of our Toronto office, including supplies, vendors, facilities and coordination with our cleaning team. Manage the laptop and equipment lifecycle, including purchasing,



setup, deployment, returns and secure storage.

Keep accurate records of serial numbers, assignments and available inventory. Help roll out and maintain operational systems such as device management tools, coordinating device enrollment, updates and secure reassignment or retirement with IT. Comfortable moving between immediate requests and improvements that prevent the same problems from recurring. ~ Fluent and resourceful with AI tools, with a practical understanding of where automation saves time and where human judgment matters. ~ Based in Toronto, in‑office, to support the team and workplace.
