The Neighbourhood Group (TNG) is seeking an HR Generalist to support recruitment, onboarding, health & safety, and employee relations. The role reports to the Senior Manager of Human Resources and partners with HR colleagues to manage data, HRIS, and program team support in a unionized, social service workplace.

Responsibilities include data management, policy implementation, labor relations, and live HR metrics. #
