Position Details

Job Title: HR Generalist

Reports to: President

Location: Stilmas Americas Inc., 6-3250 Harvester Road, Burlington, ON L7N 3W9 (on-site)

About the Role

We are looking for an HR Generalist with 3+ years of relevant experience to support the full employee lifecycle for our Americas team. You will partner with the President and employees on recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, policy administration, benefits coordination, performance management support, and day-to-day HR operations in a specialized manufacturing and engineering setting.

Key Responsibilities

· Provide support for strategy driven learning and growth initiatives

· Manage end-to-end recruiting for qualified, technical, and operations roles

· Coordinate onboarding, orientation, and offboarding processes

· Provide day-to-day employee relations guidance and support consistent policy application

· Administer benefits, leave,



and basic payroll/HRIS coordination

· Support performance management, training, and development activities

· Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with applicable Canadian employment standards (Ontario)

· Assist with HR projects, reporting, and continuous improvement of processes

· Act as a trusted resource for the President, managers, and employees

· Collaborate with MASCO team in Italy as required.

Requirements

· 3+ years of progressive HR generalist or related experience

· Relevant education (Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered)

· Solid knowledge of Canadian employment legislation (Ontario preferred)

· Experience with recruiting, employee relations, and HR systems

· Strong communication, organization, and discretion

· Ability to work effectively in a technical manufacturing/engineering environment

· Experience in a manufacturing-related field is a plus
