As a HR Specialist, you will be responsible for providing HR support for all departments at the distribution center (DC), including recruiting, benefits, payroll, and new employee orientation. Post and communicate open positions in all departments of the DC and then track applicants through applicant tracking system. Accurately track various HR information, including but not limited to recruiting and headcount.

Assist HR Manager with day-to-day adming and operational tasks, as needed. High school diploma or general equivalency degree ~ 1-2 years of Human Resources experience ~ Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, Powerpoint and Outlook Bachelor’s degree, preferably in HR, CHRP in progress Customer service skills to serve employees in an appropriate manner Previous knowledge or experience in Human Resources, an asset Schedule: Monday-Friday; Dot Foods makes products more accessible and affordable to the food industry.
