With a minimum of five years in HR, you will provide guidance on policies, counsel managers on employee matters, and execute tailored recruitment strategies. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to enhance organizational development and address challenges effectively. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide HR policy guidance to managers and Associates
- Counsel on employee relations issues with managerial support
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for the business
- Facilitate group discussions and analyze employee feedback
- Collaborate with teams on HR-related projects Requirements:
- 5+ years’ experience in HR, focusing on recruitment
- Strong knowledge of HR principles and legislation
- Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills
- CHRP/CHRL designation is an asset
