A Schedule That Allows You to Do Your Job Properly We don’t believe in overwhelming technicians with an unrealistic number of daily appointments.

For example, a typical maintenance schedule may consist of approximately four to five appointments per day, depending on the work required.

We want our technicians to have time to:

- Get to know homeowners and build genuine relationships
- Ask questions and understand customers’ concerns
- Thoroughly inspect and evaluate equipment
- Explain findings in a way homeowners understand
- Present multiple options and recommend appropriate solutions

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for a senior technician who is experienced, dependable, organized, and confident working independently.

Required Qualifications:

- Minimum 2 years of hands-on HVAC service experience
- Strong residential heating and cooling diagnostic experience
- Valid Ontario G2 gas technician licence or higher
- Valid driver’s licence with a clean driver’s abstract
- Ability to complete required employment-related background screening
- Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and stay organized
- Professional appearance and respect for customers’ homes
- Ability to document work accurately and provide clear customer recommendations

Additional Experience – Strong Assets:

- Boiler installation, servicing, and troubleshooting
- Commercial HVAC equipment
- Rooftop units and commercial heating systems
- Residential and commercial refrigeration and air conditioning
- Sheet metal experience
- Hydronic heating systems
- Measuring and spotting locations
- Experience presenting repair, replacement, and maintenance options

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Senior HVAC Service Technician, you’ll be responsible for diagnosing, maintaining, servicing, and repairing heating and cooling systems.





You’ll also be expected to:

- Build positive relationships with homeowners
- Ask thoughtful questions to identify comfort concerns
- Identify the root cause of equipment problems
- Present homeowners with clear repair and replacement options
- Educate customers without using high-pressure sales tactics
- Maintain accurate service records
- Keep your company vehicle clean, stocked, and organized
- Maintain high standards of workmanship
- Support and mentor junior technicians when required
- Represent our company professionally in every home
