This permanent full-time position includes a competitive salary of $60,000 to $67,000, plus commission and bonuses. You will be the main point of contact for clients, delivering outstanding service and identifying new sales opportunities. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a personal lines portfolio of approximately $1 million
- Process policy changes and renewals efficiently
- Negotiate coverage solutions with insurance carriers
- Provide exceptional customer service and identify sales opportunities
- Handle client inquiries regarding assigned accounts
Requirements:
- Valid AMF Personal Lines Damage Insurance License
- Minimum one year of experience in Personal Lines Insurance
- Strong negotiation and customer-focused skills
- Self-motivated and organized work ethic
- Bilingualism in French and English is an asset
