Coordinate IKEA fulfilment operations using planning, technical systems, and team supervision in a high-volume operational environment. Officially titled Fulfilment Operations Coordinator, this position supports IKEA’s behind-the-scenes supply process. You will coordinate picking, packing, loading, unloading, replenishment, safety, and daily routines. The work focuses on availability, efficiency, productivity, and customer-focused order fulfilment.

Key Responsibilities: Plan and lead picking, packing, loading, unloading, and replenishment Perform fulfilment tasks within agreed customer-focused timelines Maintain clean, organised, and safe fulfilment areas Ensure safety requirements, procedures,
