Build enterprise Infrastructure as Code capabilities remotely at Allstate, using Terraform, Ansible, and scalable automation engineering practices. Help transform infrastructure delivery through code.

As a Product Engineering practitioner, you will design, build, and productize reusable infrastructure solutions. The position supports Senior Consultant II and Lead Consultant levels. You will establish engineering standards, create automation frameworks, implement CI/CD pipelines, and develop self-service infrastructure capabilities across Allstate.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own enterprise IaC strategy, standards, governance, and adoption roadmap
- Design scalable infrastructure automation across hosted platforms
- Build reusable modules, templates, blueprints, and self-service capabilities
- Develop automation with Ansible,



Terraform/OpenTofu, Puppet, Rundeck, or Python
- Design APIs and integrations for orchestration and provisioning

Requirements:

- At least three years working with Infrastructure as Code practices
- Robust experience with infrastructure automation platforms
- Experience designing CI/CD pipelines for infrastructure deployments
- Knowledge of Git workflows, branching, pull requests, and code reviews
- Understanding of cloud, networking, security, identity, and platform services
