Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Co-ordinator to lead our sales initiatives and assist in marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of analytical skills, sales expertise, and customer service orientation, with a passion for equipment sales.

Responsibilities

- Report to Sales Manager
- Liasson with Sales Representatives at other branches
- Purchase Order Preparation
- Inventory management – ordering, receiving and assigning inventory for sales transactions
- Re-order of stock inventory at all branches
- Invoice Preparation and payment release
- Accurate costing of equipment sales and commission calculation
- File Management
- Freight Coordination
- Post-Delivery, warranty registrations and extended warranties
- Transferring inventory from branch to branch
- Sales support for sales team
- Assist with walk in customers at the branch
- Updating customer list in CRM
- Assist in Website, CRM, marketing, SEO, SEM social media Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify recent business opportunities.
- Assist with outside sales activities, including presentations,



product demonstrations, and networking events.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports on progress towards goals.
- Stay informed about industry developments and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present ideas clearly.
- A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
